Noise from the corridor outside our room was disruptive.

I go often here but only location is good and the staff.

The rooms for what you pay it’s super unfair. You have air conditioning which is not working. When you shower the water arrives to your knees … there is no protection on the mattresses, only one sheet divides you from it… really not good at all….

We had dinner last night at the rooftop Moon Bar and the food, view and ambiance were amazing. We highly recommend the octopus dish particularly. Would also like to add that our server, Julien, was an asset to our experience: super attentive with great recommendations to improve our choices.

The location was great, close to old town and the beach but also close to the city centre. Close to tram stops.

Upon check in we were given a room with no lock, and a large hole in the wall where the lock should be. The phones in both the old and new rooms did not work and the shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. The wifi went down on Wednesday, after 24 hours we were assured at reception that it was working but it did not work in the room for roughly another 24 hours. (So 48 total) I even asked the receptionist if there was somewhere else nearby with WiFi (eg. A library or cafe) that we could use to check train times etc for the following day and she just kept unhelpfully repeating that it would be working again tomorrow… Reception staff were generally patronising and extremely unhelpful. At check in (Monday 18th) we were told the swimming pool would be open from Thursday 21st. We had specifically booked this hotel for the pool and our booking confirmation says the pool would be open from Friday 15th so we were expecting to use the pool daily, the weather was beautiful every day of our trip so this was not the reason, I would understand if it was raining/windy/etc. When the pool was finally opened on Thursday we found there was only space for 7 people around the pool who stayed for a long time. We asked reception if they could lay out more beds near the pool and they refused. We are requesting a refund on the basis that the amenities for which we booked the hotel were not actually provided by you.

We liked the location and the room

There was only one towel provided and no bath mat, it took some time to get another and an unhelpful man at reception reluctantly gave us another. The toilet cistern ran most of the night
