Great stay

Everything was really good apart from the uncomfortable bed and pillows

A good base to visit Whitby. There's a supermarket nearby.

Booked for a 3 nights stay as a family. Initial issues with the key card not working. This continued as the card had not been programmed for 3 night's. Room was ok (only 2 glasses and cups when the booking was for three). Room was tired (trim coming off in the bathroom). Booked and paid for breakfast for 3 days, but was only booked in for one day. Couldn't have breakfast on the last morning due to only one member of staff. Asked for a refund as we couldn't wait over half an hour. Still waiting for the refund to be paid. Needless to say won't be returning.

Staff are brilliant here, food was really good too. Only reason we gave this a 3 star rating was for some random person knocking on our door at 02.00 in the morning waking myself, wife and daughter realising he had wrong room. This leaving my wife and daughter upset and scared.

Good size, nice rooms with good facilities - conveniently located close to the town centre and very close to a Sainsburys. We have stayed here before so knew it was good.

2nd time we've stayed now and would recommend for a brilliant weekend venue

Nice and easy for whitby

Nice hotel in good location, pub was nice, good food, atmosphere and staff where really friendly Stayed 3 nights and had no issues
