Overall a nice hotel. The halls could use a little updating but the room served the purpose. The staff was kind, the restaurant was great!

"Needs Updating"

Was here for one night on the 3rd floor for business. The room had a loud sound every few minutes resulting in no sleep. Room was small and dated, beds and pillows not great. Staff was great but this place needed a makeover badly for the rooms itself. For $308 a night I’d stay at embassy suites instead as it’s right across the street.

"Sheila was fabulous!"

I found the hotel to be enjoyable! I loved the M Lounge. Sheila was the epitome of hospitality and so ready to help! Reservations? They didn’t seem easy to reach as there was only one woman to call and my calls always went to her voicemail. That was frustrating. Sheila made up for it though!

"Roach infestation"

The bathroom of my hotel room was crawling with roaches, big and small. I arrived late so am staying in the lobby until my ride arrives in the morning. It was that bad! I’ve traveled far and wide, and never have I seen such a disgusting sight in a hotel room. My skin is still crawling from it.
