"Other than that the stay was great."

It was very nice and very friendly staff and the atmosphere was very pleasant

I lost my gift card that I got for Christmas. I just registered it at the hotel and I guess it fell on the floor that night and I didn’t realize it until I was gone. When I called back they couldn’t find it.

The location was nice.

The hotel shows signs of needing updating. The escalator wasn’t working, litter and trash too common, and more things that need of updating.

"Great property, but ridiculous parking fees"

Didnt like the fact that I had to pay $40 because my car wouldn’t Fit in the garage/ even if I could park in the garage, it was still $30. Makes the nightly rate way more than advertised .
