Great location and friendly staff

Extremely run down - very old fixtures and fittings, sagging mattress, damaged timber, noisy AC, TV didn’t work and sink plumbing leaked into floor when using basin

Rooms clean, staff courteous. Escalator from garage down in evenings. Walk via escalator. Valet Parking understaffed in morning. Followed attendant to get my car after waiting 20 min. Lights out in stairway to garage. About 5 flights of stairs. Used Valet one night, self park remaining. Still not resolved for double charging for parking. Take picture of kiosk pay in garage when paying by credit card. No paper receipts. No shuttle to airport or convention center. I won't stay here again.
