"BEST VALET TEAM"

My husband & I had to travel to Houston in October, November. December & will be through March. We love to stay at the Doubletree Hilton at 6 E Greenway Plaza. The staff is always so pleasant & accommodating, from the front desk,to the restaurant personnel & even housekeeping. We especially want to shout out to the valet team: Reginald, Kameron, Corey, Ryan Katia & Steven. They are always so sweet & willing to go above & beyond to accommodate us. We feel like family there.

We enjoyed the stay. Room was booked last minute and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Check in was smooth.

The parking garage was a nightmare to get through. Also the price for parking was steep when the room was a bit expensive. If we would have known, we would have just taken an Uber. The coffee provided in the room was poor quality. Was hoping for something a little bit better based on the hotel's star rating.

"Wonderful stay, especially for visiting Lakewood"

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally nice. The location was spot on across from Lakewood Church. The bar was also nice. The hotel was convenient to everything. Close to really good restaurants. BBs and Capones and the Hobbit Cafe are all excellent restaurants within 4 miles.

The turn to get into the hotel is horrible. You're coming off a very fast interstate and have to almost completely stop to make the turn. It's very dangerous and needs to be marked better.
