Hotel Cleveland Autograph Collection

Loved the walkability of the hotel to Rocket mortgage for our concert we were attending, had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant before going out, our bartender Keegan was awesome and gave us great suggestions on local places! Bed was very comfortable and check in was easy and very friendly Only one problem that we had was the tv didn’t work, but overall everything was amazing and had we stayed longer we would have had it fixed

Good location. Room was move, bed was comfortable. The remodel of this hotel was done well, incorporating Cleveland history into the decor.

We were missing hand soap, washcloths, tissues, and shampoo from our room. We asked the have them restocked and they did not provide the items.

Stayed at Hotel Cleveland for one night while in town for a football game. Was very excited to check out this hotel as we had been through it prior to transition to Autograph Collection. Cool old building. Website shows well and the photo gallery was what got us to book. We booked a standard queen/queen as we were traveling with children. Photos of this room type are spacious online. Not our experience in the least. We were in room 664. Beds pushed up against the wall and allow only a small walkway in between. No other seating / furniture depicted on the website gallery in our room. Bathroom was barely renovated, not to mention dirty (hair everywhere) and not supplied (no soap at the sink, bulk amenities empty, etc). Surprised there was a window air conditioning unit....did not think that met Autograph standards. Valet parking experience messy - though this could have been a function of the NFL team staying at the hotel and their required security. Elevator service gets overwhelmed...we ended up taking the (construction-debris filled) egress stairs to our room to save time. Overall, very disappointed with the experience and will look elsewhere next time I find myself in Cleveland.

Everyone we dealt with were very Helpful Friendly. Awesome Experience....

The location is excellent. Close to Rocket arena and casino. Bed was comfortable. Loved the unique decor.

Shower head was rainfall one and the handheld part was difficult to position if you didn't want to wash your hair.

Beautiful, spacious room with a great bed. Location is near many good bars and restaurants.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. I had an issue with my shower (just too dumb to figure it out) and they sent a maintenance man immediately to show me what I was doing wrong.

The phone didn't work. I had to call the front desk from my cell. They should also just put some instructions for the shower, because the maintenance guy knew exactly what was up and it seems this happens all the time.
