Hotel Cleveland Autograph Collection

We stayed at Hotel Cleveland for a quick overnight staycation and absolutely loved it! We used points for our one-night stay and were so impressed from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning. I was in awe of the historic architecture and timeless charm. Our check-in experience set the tone for a great stay. Robert at the front desk was fantastic, so friendly, personable, and genuinely engaging. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but this interaction really stood out. It felt more like chatting with a friend than a typical check-in! Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and continued the gorgeous art deco style found throughout the hotel. It felt modern and updated without losing the classic character that makes the building so special. We also loved that the hotel connects directly to the casino—it made for a fun and easy evening out without ever having to step outside. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we’re already talking about planning another date night here soon. Hotel Cleveland perfectly blends historic elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating hotel with upscale ambience. Dinner and breakfast were excellent at the hotel restaurants as well. Excellent service from staff. We would stay here again. The only recommendation we would make is to have the room windows of the hotel cleaned.

The best time ever!!!! We had Casy as our server and she was incredible. She provided drinks and service that was unbelievable.

Super convenient to attend a show at Rocket Field and the Jack Casino.

Asked for an extra blanket...45 minutes asked again, I guess they forgot... told it would be right up. Never arrived. When I mentioned it to the front desk they did not care at all, it was like the person hated their job. The actual hotel is very nice and clean. Oh, and the WIFI costs $$$...not worth it

Great hotel other than outrageous overnight self park of $48 and the fact that the windows badly need washed. Also, refuse a room on the Public Square side of the hotel, the noise is terrible.
