Sheraton Valley Forge King of Prussia

I have stayed at the KOP Valley Forge for many years. Tonight is my last. When I arrived last night, at 1am in the morning, there was no one at the front desk and I finally was able to get a key. When I arrived at my room, there was a giant spider on the ceiling. When I woke up in the morning to take a shower, my shower was only cold. When I called down to the front desk, they told me to adjust my hot water to cold water and it would be warm. It was not. Tonight when I arrived back at my hotel, I checked to see if I had hot water. I tried their trick again, it did not work. When they came up to show me, I only had lukewarm water. Then when I went over to get something out of my suitcase, the spider that I killed the previous night, was balled up under my toes. They had not vacuumed the carpet. This place is disgusting, and I will never stay here again. When I complained, they did not offer anything. No credit for my room, no points, nothing.It is as if these bad experiences are my issue. They moved me to a different room and it is not an upgrade, just a move to basic necessities and has been a huge inconvenience. Don’t stay here. On top of bad experience, customer service is worse.

Our room was not cleaned. Trash was left in room, beds not made, towels not replaced and nothing cleaned. My family was in another room and it was not cleaned either. We called the front desk and all they did was drop towels off. Very disappointing that we had to clean the room, remove trash, make the beds and wipe down tables. We put the trash in the hallway and it was still there the next morning when we checked out.

WiFi never worked. Room was not up kept. Shower would leak out everywhere.

A joy to have a real choice of pillows: one squish able (and one bouncy). Lovely room, friendly people (special notice to Mike on the front desk). Facility showing some wear (loud droning vent, always on, in bathroom, some exterior doors broken, etc), but nothing a real problem. And the thermostats really work!

Close proximity to Valley Forge National Historic Park. Ease of access and spacious/comfortable rooms

The level of programming on the television could use some upgrades
