I would like to be fully refunded for this stay the hotel had no ac working

Nice comfortable hotel

The staff members throughout the hotel were friendly, funny, and accommodating. Yes, the hotel experienced A/C problems before we arrived. It worked fine for the duration of our 5 day stay. Every staff member I encountered was super nice! To room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The pillows were hit and a miss. One of 4 just didn't have any fluff in it at all. They have a complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles with advance notice. The Town Center is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It has a lot of nice dining options. Wegmans grocery store is just on the other side of the town center. There were 3 drawbacks for this hotel: 1) The complimentary in room wi-fi. It was pretty much non-existent. I had to use my phone's as a hot spot to work during my stay. The front desk gave me the tech support number to "Core Systems". 2 days in a row they said they would escalate the issue, but I never heard back from them. The front desk said the wifi is the lobby is high speed and free. Pfffft! Who wants to work in the lobby at 6AM in their jammies? 2) In room A/C was uncontrollable. It was too cold! I couldn't reset the temperature. I let the front desk know about the same time another guest was complaining about the same thing. I was thankful for the A/C during their heatwave but didn't expect my room to be a freeze even though the temperature gauge said 76 degrees! 3) The closet - How are you supposed to hang your dresses and suits with the safe and shelf right in the middle of the 2 foot wide closet? (See photo). We ended up putting the ironing board in the bathroom

The hotel had a big room. We stayed on the second floor, in a King bed and sofa bed bedroom. Bathroom was very big also. The room view was the parking lot but it was very quiet. Pool area is nice. The room was not super clean, you could see some spots in the bathroom corners. The carpet smelled a little. Bathroom was very big with 2 sinks but the bar for the hand towels was on top of the toilette far from the sinks and had just one towel hook by the shower. So after the shower there were no place to hang towels. or to place wet clothes after the pool.

Front desk lady with red braids was very helpful

HORRENDOUS. No customer service. We checked in only to be given rooms with no air conditioning - 3 rooms - 2 occupied by Senior Citizens over the age of 75. We were not told there was no AC. We went to the front desk and were told they would “flush the system”. In the meantime, we could not get a cold beverage because the bar/restaurant area was closed. Received two different answers on when it would open, which also conflicted with posted signs. Being a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, I asked where the club was, only to be told it was closed for renovations. No offer of water. Waited 20 minutes for the “flush” to work and the temperature in the room increased to 81 degrees. Returned to the front desk to overhear a guest complaining that they had no AC the previous night and it was not comfortable. The guest was told to turn the thermostat off and then back on. After hearing this, I approached the staff to be told they were waiting for a crane to arrive to fix the AC and was offered a discount on my room. Too many inconsistent stories and NO transparency on the situation. I explained we had senior citizens and that it was a health hazard. Was told we can leave and they would not charge us. No assistance offered to find another hotel. The staff scattered and mostly remained out of sight. We traveled from another state to attend a party. This debacle took time out of our day while we had to search for a new hotel for the safety of our family members. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Mishandled this scenario.
