I like how it was set up. That I had to pay for incidentals and when I checked out I expected some one to mention me receiving it back. Because I didn't use no incidentals so what am I being charged Xtra for each night I stayed which happened to be 3 days from Aug 29 to Sept 1

The advertising of dining & pool - what’s on the website to what’s described at check-in and what’s on the television within the rooms are all different. The shuttle services not being available was a disappointment. The services were only available during the morning and earlier evening. All in all we had wonderful stay.

Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Very lovely top notch hotel. Breakfast was soooo delicious and gourmet, staff super helpful. Room, gym, pool and hot tub were all meticulously clean and quiet. Great location and amenities. We'd definitely stay here again.

My daughters had sports competitions in KOP area and we have stayed at Sheraton VF for several weeks. Very pleasant experience staying at the this hotel, very friendly staff and helped us out on early checking in, to name a few, Michael, Annie, Alayna and Mia,... thanks.. Did have one small issue during stay and reported to the front desk and got a call back and emails from the General Manager Tim Zezulka and one another manager Brieanna and they took care of the issue. Real appreciative GM Tim took the time from his busy schedules following up on the issues and it shows they care! Jessica and James
