"Average but too much $$"

The Hot water came and went in the shower and it had low water pressure. Ac unit was old and VERY loud and when it kicked in the whole room shook. over priced for what we got. We stayed at other hotels closer to Villanova in the past and ended up here because we booked late. Would only return if the other locations were already sold out

"Restaurant stand out"

A nice hotel. It’s the simplest thing that impressed - the presentation of their turkey club sandwich. Something that is a staple for most hotels had some extra love and care that stood out! Fresh and pleasing to the eye! Thank you Chef Luis!!

"Great staff and hotel"

Every staff member was super sweet, accommodating and professional. We had a great experience during a rough family time (funeral for a family member). Loved how the staff interacted with all of us and made our visit pleasant.

"Best Hotel Staff EVAH"

So, we have been treated like absolute ROYALTY at this hotel. The ENTIRE time we've been here! We all came in on Thursday and we are all leaving Tuesday...the staff has been so kind, supportive, (we were here for an internment), patient (we have two small children), and friendly as all get out! Our chef, Luis, our bar manager, Dan...the entire front desk...you all deserve the highest praise!! 100/10 recommend this hotel!!!

"Amazing staff"

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Valley Forge. All of the staff was amazing. One staff in particular was beyond accommodating, I believe his name was Mike G . I’m not sure if he’s running the place or not, but he went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a 5 star experience. I enjoyed my stay and the treatment so much that I will be back next week. Thank you Mike for all your assistance. You rock!
