"Lovely hotel, did not price gouge"

There were massive local power outages and the hotels were all price gouging. This Sheraton did NOT change their price. It’s a great hotel, but I really appreciate that they were the only ones not to take advantage of the situation.

Clean rooms, attentive and friend staff. They have any request we made covered within minutes. The pool and gym were clean and well equipped. Only thing I could add is to have towels available poolside. The breakfast options were good, healthy and delicious. Thank you again Sheraton Hotel for your hospitality. From my family to yours.

"The waiter was very pleasant"

The hotel is amazing and elegant! The restaurant is very good but our waiter Putu was off the charts! He was so polite and courteous to us. We loved his character and personality! Such a gentleman and you can tell he truly is passionate in what he does.

"Special meeting gets special treatment"

We held our organization's monthly meeting there because we needed extra space due to a big-name presenter who spoke to our Chapter.
