A stunning hotel with excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, welll lit and of an excellent standard. We used the heated pools and firepit at night. The dining area was gorgeous with a sunset view. We saw a sloth and monkeys during our breakfast. The breakfast was served from a menu rather than a buffet. All the staff were accommodating to our dietary needs and made food to our liking.
VERY nice, clean property with friendly and helpful staff and delicious food. Absolutely beautiful property - clean, modern, luxurious. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Conveniently located - ~20 minute walk to get to the town with shops and restaurants or ~5 min drive. Would definitely visit again

Beautiful hotel in the cloud forest region of Monteverde with an amazing staff! Everyone was so attentive and went above and beyond, from managers to receptionists and the restaurant staff, all ensure that guest have a one of a kind experience! Also the views are breath taking and tons of wildlife to view off your balcony!
Amazing location, amazing service. We have had 4 different accommodations on our trip to Costa Rica from Canada. Koora was easily the best place we visited. Magical surroundings, great service, beautiful rooms. Can’t stress how great this place is, in terms of both quality and value.

Hotel is beautiful, restaurant was excellent. We had breakfast every morning and it was delish. The room was gorgeous, only bad thing was there was no tv in the room. Also the roads to the Hotel and to Monteverde in general were horrible, potholes everywhere and unpaved roads. Aside from that everything was wonderful. The trail in the Hotel was great, we recommend, saw wild animals. Very attentive staff :)
Fantastic hotel at a great price point. Huge spacious rooms, great food, and excellent service. Hotel was very helpful with booking tours and transportation. Location is a bit outside the main town but that wasn't a problem for us.
Excellent hotel and staff. Marilyn Mora at reception was amazing. She made our stay memorable. The hotel is gorgeous, the views are amazing, and the bungalow was perfect. Plus, the restaurant menu was well-balanced and delicious. The restaurant staff was attentive and very helpful. It’s a must stay.
Exceptional hotel! We stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it if you want to relax and enjoy nature. A nature walk next door and the animal sanctuary are also recommended. The staff was exceptional - friendly and extremely helpful. Loved it!
