Owner very friendly, breakfast was great

It was fairly pricey but availability was extremely limited in the area

Our cosiest accommodation within three weeks, spacious rooms, comfy beds, delicious pub food for dinner and full English breakfast, friendly and caring staff. Would love to come back.

We wanted to stay in Winchester but although this was another 7 miles cycling at the end of our trip it was a fab pub / hotel with a great landlord :)

Nothing.

We had leave early so no breakfast, however we were given snacks and two wonderful pies that kept us going for most of the day.

Everything. There was nothing not to like. Clean, comfortable and equipped. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room so could make a drink The food in the pub was also delightful

The staff was just brilliant! Good food and absolutely adequate rooms.

Beautiful old village pub serving meals had lunch it was great

Evening meal mine was good my husband did not like is mash was lumpy. Room was cold had to have heating on all night .

Such a kind host, who worked very hard to ensure we were happy and comfortable

We had difficulties with the shower taps, maybe instructions would have helped but being from overseas we weren’t familiar with complicated shower controls so we couldn’t have a shower
