Palazzo Sovrana Serviced Luxury Apartments

This is a nice apartment! Not a hotel room! Dont expect to have hotel areas! We were well welcomed by the cleaning lady! Friendly staff and modern apartment. Air conditioning didnt have cooling power! There is no place to stay and wait…. We needed to wait for our car and had to leave the property!

Great location, minimum service, room very different than the pictures shown on reservation web site. The hotel demands deposit upon reservation but does not acknowledge their receipt of the deposit. If you are asked to pay deposit, be very careful. Upon check in, I had issue with this deposit and the receptionist seemed more eager to go to her lunch than helping customers. Even though my reservation recorded clearly shows a deposit had been paid, She keep insisting that Expedia took the deposit and she only work there and this is not her business. Eventually, I just gave up and paid the full amount. Upon returning home, I will dispute this charge and let American Express deal with their management which I hope will do something about this.

Rooms were nice..location was great..near good restaurants and sights

This is a great property with eleven guest rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect. Highly recommend.
