So much that was advertised was not available. I don’t think they have it linked well with booking.com When can find a staff member they are nice and compensate. However you can’t find them, could likely use more staff, so you don’t have to wait 20 Mins each time. The front door does not close at the front entrance you have to slam it closed. It was unlocked the whole time. There is no room service as listed. I was very confused when I arrived, no phone or menu. You can however go down stairs and order at the restaurant, they will bring it to your room and the food was amazing!!!! I wanted to go back just for that. The surroundings are absolutely amazing. There were other things that went wrong like parking, air con, hot water issues. But honestly the positives out wade them in the end. Positives: placement, views, surroundings and walks, the food in the restaurant downstairs! Was actually normal priced compared to whats around it, and one of the restaurants I’ve eaten at recently. They would make so much money with room service in place. Top notch! I will again there

We loved that it was right in the heart of Pittwater. Also that it was clean and modern with a great view, and that you could lie in the bath and enjoy the view

The bathroom and bedroom are open to each other, without a fully closed off toilet area. So be aware that the toilet is not fully private.

The location is amazing! Staff are brilliant and rooms are quite nice.

Next time I will definitely get a waterfront room, I booked last minute and got one of the rear rooms. Still good though.
