The staff and hotel was second to none. Definitely wil be staying here again.

The rooms were very nice.

There was no hot water. I showered at night and the water was warm at best. I tried again the next morning and the water never even made it to warm. Maybe they were just having issues with the water during my stay.

We had to take a cold shower. There wasn't any hot water our entire stay. When we brought it to the staff's attention, we were told that it was being worked on. There was a stain in the toilet, which made me question the cleanliness of the establishment. The staff was nice.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed in a suite here for our family of 6. They are unfortunately chronically understaffed: requests for extra pillows and blankets, toilet plunger, all took 5-6hrs. They say your room is cleaned every other day but we had to empty our own trash and the one day they did clean our room, they took all of our hanging shower towels and bathmat and left us with one. The staff they have is very nice, but service and condition of the hotel keep declining.

It's not the same as a year ago. Noticeable neglect of the property in addition to a notice on the entrance: " Warning, It is a crime to Consume Liquor or Beer on this property". So, if you want to have a drink in your room, you are a criminal! I guess that Texans want you to go out to a bar and drive home? Chat GPT in Texas states that you need a permit to allow consumption on your property. Apparently, the owners of this hotel didn't want that expense. My previous review: I don't get the bad reviews. We travel between Washington State and Florida twice a year with our service dogs. We always try to stay at a Residence Inn and this one is among the best, very friendly and most helpful desk professional, got us just the room we wanted. The hotel is new clean and very spacious rooms. I highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible. When we checked in, the tile floor area (kitchenette and bathroom) were very sticky. OK, we can deal. We opened the sleeper sofa. There were sheets on it with gobs of makeup and lipstick and who knows what all over them. We called, and someone brought us clean sheets, but didn't take the filthy ones. I went to take a shower, and there was orange crap in the bathtub. There was also glass on the bathroom floor. The next morning, I explained everything to a woman who wrote everything down, She assured me someone would clean that day. Spoiler: no one cleaned the room that day. We came back to the same filthy room with the soiled sheets on the floor and glass in the bathroom. I called and was told that a manager would call me the next day. Guess what? No one ever called me. I filled out a complaint form online and was told I would receive 3000 points -- about $20 in credit. So, I spent $500 to sleep in filth and all I got was a $20 coupon. There are four other hotels on the same block. I don't think a $20 coupon is going to keep me loyal, Marriott.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Would like better lighting in the bathroom and hotter water in the shower. Also, our room was a long way from the elevator, it the hotel seemed almost empty. We would have preferred a more convenient room,

There was small blood stains on the comforter

Dirt and grime in bathroom. Broken or lose shower fixtures. Leaking shower head. Hallways and elevator areas were dirty and need to be vacuumed. Very sub-par Marriott.
