Sydney Hyde Park Paxsafe Apartments

I didn’t know this was a private apartment within Oaks Hotel, therefore we can not leave our luggage’s at the reception after check out, so need to prepare to take your luggage with you if leaving Sydney in the later time. Overall apartment is clean and convenient to many good and shopping within 10 mins walk and 5 mins to train station

The location is unmatched

Mould and staining in the carpet Rust in the bath/shower Bathroom light didn’t turn on Right next to the loud lift The fridge made sounds all night Balcony door didn’t lock properly Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows provided to support or comfort either.

Great Location. Easy walk to city centre and surrounds. Great views of Hyde Park. Nice room and facilities.

Windows need clean on outside. Coffee table too big

Location is good. Pool and spa are good.

No on-site reception (separate hotel for key collection and drop off) Not helpful when we needed support during the night with one of our party not well and needing to see a doctor. Room was not clean - carpet very stained and not clean. Cockroach in bath and more on balcony. Expensive. No facility to leave luggage after check out.

We like the location, it was close to everything and accessible to public transport.

The receptionist we saw did not provide good customet service and did not know much about places. Should provide some maps of locations for tourists.

Excellent location at Hyde Park Close to city trains Wonderful view with balconies and quiet for being in city

Location was fantastic, facilities were awesome, able to get a slightly later check out which was helpful
