The location is great. Internet is good

All kitchen and bathroom need refurbishment. They are either old or not comfortable. Pots, pans, tabs, bath tube, kitchen and bathroom counters are better to be renewed

"Noisy aircon unit, barely"

The staff were rude and didn’t want anything to do with the key collection or return. We were waiting for the room to be ready and they didn’t let us know when the keys had been returned so we continued to wait until we asked again.
