To noisy cars and buses traffic lights when people pressed the bottom a bit to loud.

Filthy, greasy, moldy - even after the housekeeping was there. So we had to clean the apartment by ourselves..:( Location is top.

The shower drain was completely clogged up with hair and soap scum which meant that the shower cubicle flooded when first used. I had to clean it out which was unpleasant.

The location was amazing, close to everything eg. Train stations and shopping.

The rooms air con didn’t work and the replacement was way too small, so it was hot in the room. Some of the lights didn’t work and would constantly flicker.

Booking and communication was fantastic. Location was perfect. However there were quite a few misses in regards to cleanliness of the apartment and overall building. A thorough clean of air conditioners as they were full of dust and left a burning smell. In the bathroom ( lighting fixture & exhaust fan) when you turned on the light you had to wait for 2 minutes before it turns on, in that time it flickers on and off, the exhaust fan was compacted with dust so it didn’t work at all.. The Pool stairwell stank of stale urine and rotting garbage. Overall our experience was disappointing however a good thorough clean of the apartment and it would have been a great the review.
