The block itself and the location

An issue with the air-conditioning which we knew in advance that couldn't be fixed during our stay but we were reinbusred for that. Couldn't get the stove/ oven to work or the dishwasher.

View is absolutely incredible and in a very convenient location. The rooftop pool was definitely the main highlight. Plenty of towels provided which was great.

The water pressure was not good. The taps were extremely confusing and the water temp would drop to cold and go back to hot while showering and the shower head does not stay if you adjust. The stove does not have temp indicators so you do have to test them to see which setting is the hottest unfortunately. The bathroom light flickers as well so only one is useable.

The space was great for 4 people. The outdoor space was fantastic. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooftop pool and spa were an added bonus with those harbour views!

Can’t say there was any we didn’t like.

Beautiful appartment, convenient location. Kind and friendly manager, Rupesh. Apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. It would even be better with a refurbishment, but it has everything needed. The terraces/rooftop with spa and swimming pool is amazing. Thank you for great service.

Location very good

No aircon even they provide cooling but cooling is still not better than aircon

Beware when booking: there hidden cleaning charges which make the cost/value very poor ...and for those high cleaning fees, cleanliness was poor at best. There is a bonus bed in the living room which takes up space and makes the accommodation crowded and not at all comfortable. Do not stay here.
