"Not worthy"

Location was good.

The continental breakfast was below par. The eggs were cold with zero flavor. There were 2 kinds of sausage together but half looked raw. The bananas they offer were so brown that you could barely see any yellow. The room facilities did not work. We brought this to their attention while we stepped out. When we came back, the issue was not fixed. The bathroom door did not shut entirely. I will not stay there again.

room was clean and fairly comfortable. breakfast was good

Elevator not functional. Ice machine on first floor not functional. Hallways could have been cleaner. Commode in room was difficult to flush and refill.

Housekeeping staff was good. Maintenance staff was good. Breakfast staff was good

The first room we were given was not as booked. The toilet was not properly attached to the floor. My wife and son almost tipped it over. We got a different room the second day which was better. When I booked the room, I thought I was getting a room with a walk-in shower. I never got that room.
