Comfort Inn, Erie - Near Presque Isle

It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I really didn’t have any negative feelings about this establishment.

I did not eat the breakfast because I have Celiac and there was nothing gluten free that I could have.

People are very inconsiderate. We were on the second floor and the person above us was stomping around all hours of the night like they were running laps! People beside us came in late slamming doors and talking loudly. There was a leak in the ceiling from the third floor right above our shower

Very dated can use some updates for the price that's charged

Toilet constantly running,has 4 pillows only 2 were covered just to name a few things.

I liked that the hotel was close to the amusement park so I didn’t have to travel far after a long day and the beds were pretty comfortable

First and foremost upon entering the room, it had a smell that wasn’t pleasant. I’m not the type to complain, so I just sprayed air freshener, hoping that would take care of it which it did for the most part. Then came morning as we were going down for breakfast. We went to use the elevator and it was down, which wouldn’t be a big deal, but my mom has health issues and trouble walking so her going down the stairs. It wasn’t easy nor convenient. I tell the hotel staff about it, and she gets an attitude with me about it and apparently it’s an ongoing issue because a guest told me earlier in the week. It was broken as well. Anyways, we make it down to breakfast and the juice machine is broken, which you would think they would have at least one alternative so that they could still accommodate us and we could have something to drink but instead we just had coffee or nothing unless we were all supposed to use the milk that was designated for the cereal which I thought would’ve been rude to others so we finished breakfast and go get the room together and as we are leaving the elevator was once again down so we had to take the steps so honestly, I would not recommend this hotel and with my personal experience, I would never stay here again plus every single vending machine was empty and I heard it’s been that way for weeks

The breakfast was good. It was in a good location to where we wanted to go. The rooms were clean. Looks like they had a nice heated pool but it was raining so we didn’t get to go out and use it.

The outside landscaping could use a little more care. The elevator was broke while we were there so we had to use the stairs but they were working on it while we were there. And they didn’t have any soap in the bathroom. You had to provide your own.

Honestly is was GREAT.....staff was so friendly and helpful, room was very clean, location....well you couldn't ask for anything closer to the beach and attractions and breakfast was delicious!!!! Only disappointment was the pool had issues and had to be drained but I would recommend this place all the time!
