Veranda Natural Resort

It is highly recommended to stay at Veranda for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Very relaxing and peaceful. It is easy to just stay at the hotel and not going anywhere. Just enjoy the view and spend quality to time for and easy day as well as reading favourite books. Great swimming pools with breathtaking view. There is spectacular view onlooking to the sea and various work space options around the restaurant area. The room is very clean with consideration of environmental friendly. The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is good. It is walking distance to the famous Kep Crab Market. The accommodation price is worth for its value. We will definitely go back and stay there. We love everything there.

Veranda Natural Resort is an amazing place to stay in Kep. The natural park is just next to the hostel, which is a big advantage. Our room was so beautiful, with a great sea view terrace. The food is excellent too. The breakfast is the best we had in Cambodia, especially the croissants and the chocolatines. The two pools are perfect to relax in. I highly recommend this resort.

If you’re looking for a slow laidback hotel with beautiful surroundings then this is definitely a great place to stay. Don’t expect party and lots around the hotel. It’s quite and peaceful, the rooms are very nice. We had a Stone room, the one downstairs is really nice because the monkeys prefer the upstairs one with a balcony 🤭. Like most hotels in Cambodia, here and there the hotel needs a little attention too but only a bit. The two pools are very nice, one surrounded by palm trees and bushes, the other one an infinity pool with nice view. We stayed for 10 days and just enjoyed the extremely beautiful sunsets and chilly atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in south east Asia and the restaurant is very good. If you got a backpack budget and want to go to the nearby crab market, it’s 5 minutes with a Tuk Tuk. We also enjoyed looking at the monkeys but they can get naughty 😏!! Kep is a nice place to stay but only if you intend to do your tours from here to the Salt and pepper plantations etc. The beach is not really spectacular but ok for a walk and brilliant for sunset!! The only thing that we found was a little difficult was the hard bed ( not unusual in Cambodia) but we asked if we could get a topper and then all was ok-ish. We will definitely visit again!

Excellent sea view and sunsets. Nice, quiet room with large bathroom. A/c worked mostly OK. Good WiFi. Delicious breakfast buffet with many options including newly baked bread and freshly made omelettes (but could do much better with the choices of juice). Two good pools - one invaded by monkeys. The spa services and the restaurant are somewhat pricy.

I'm a repeat visitor to Veranda because we enjoy it's style, location, staff, sunset pool, and breakfast.

This hotel was great. Location was perfect for me, good access to the local area and right behind a national park. I really love how unobtrusive it is, you can’t really see if from the seafront unlike the other buildings. The room was clean and worked well. Monkeys are a bit cheeky but just got to be careful with food. Service and restaurant was efficient and friendly. Mostly quiet during the day, peaceful at night too, some noise during the day from nearby buildings and cars but that’s to be expected. Coming from UK the value for money was great for me.

Very rustic, quaint hotel built on walkways. Rooms are large with decent bathrooms ( Stone Room). Two swimming pools the infinity is by far the best- good location for crab markets and restaurants and right next to National Park entrance. Breakfast is ok I think the food is franchised out we didn’t eat there in the evening but the staff only speak basic English so communication is difficult.

Really lovely hotel friendly and helpful staff, the room was large, clean and comfortable. Beautiful scenery all around very relaxing to stay here. Just a small complaint it does take quite a while to get a coffee in the morning especially if it was busy, maybe a coffee machine would help and I would have appreciated water coolers around the hotel instead of leaving water bottles in the rooms but this is just my opinion.

This hotel is well maintained, the team are helpful and professional, the rooms are large and clean, the food is decent with a wide variety to suit all palates and well priced, they have two large pools with lots of sun loungers, and the setting is a tropical paradise. The staff at the spa are highly skilled and we had one of our best massages and facials outside of the UK.

This resort was the highlight of our quick visit to Kep! Loved the fact it was an eco lodge and it definitely met every expectation! The property was lush and close walking distance to the beach and crab market. Reception was excellent. Manout was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He helped coordinate our accommodations via email and was very responsive. My husband and I loved our villa (V6) with our private balcony and outdoor bathroom. The hammock was our favorite spot to relax. The restaurant had the best food! The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a variety of Western and Eastern cuisines topped with an egg station. It also had the most amazing sunset views. The spa was lovely as well! Can’t beat the prices. We opted for the Khmer massage package with the foot and face massages. Wow! What an experience. Definitely came out new people. My only remark is I wish staff wore name tags so I could write who to thank! Staff was excellent and everyone very friendly. Overall a great stay, especially for the value!
