Price was very reasonable. The location was easily accessed.

My room was on 2nd floor, but it did have elevator access. However, I had to walk around an outside walkway that had 4 steps up or down, unless you went to the center where the ramp for cleaning cart was located.... I should have requested a room on ground level.

The staff was amazing at check in,the beds were alot more comfortable than some of the other places I have stayed,the wifi was great,and knowing they served breakfast was also amazing.

When I walked into the room the first thing I noticed was the top blanket looked as if it had not been changed or washed from the last cuatomer,,called the front desk a couple times with no answer,I thought no big deal as I had a few blankets in my car so I pulled all the bedding of one side to the other side laid my blankets down,then had one to cover up with,the bathroom was absolutely disgusting there was hair,dirt ,and who knows what all over the floor,the bathtub had a scum line all the way around the shower,the sink had black spots on it like someone had car oil or something on their hands,washed them somewhat and left black spots everywhere, along the baseboards was a very thick layer of durt and dust around the whole room. When i was finally able to lay down around 2am (after having clean the bathroom to even use it somewhat make the bed with clean bedding,) I was woke up by people on one of the sides yelling, finally called the front desk again to see if they could do somethings and called several times with no luck of anyone answering. Finally around 5am I was able to fall back asleep after everyone was calm just to have to get up at 9 to leave by 11 as j just had a knee replacement and it takes me a little longer than normal. Unfortunately I was still extremely tired and had no business driving from not really getting any sleep the night before so called the front desk explained absolutely everything to them just to be told check out was at 11 NO EXCEPTIONS unless I paid for late check out,and was hung up on. Like really this is how you treat paying customers? So I went down the road and took a couple hours nap instead

Room had damage. No hot water. Elevator not working. Ice machine room locked. Racoon living on site. Complained to management with no good response. Homeless living in car with huge dog locked in car.

Go somewhere else! They will overcharge you! Double check your credit card statement! The motel is run down, filthy and improperly maintained. I would like to talk with management but they are good at playing the avoidance game. I have tried many times to contact them and getting tired of the delay game.. Go somewhere else, even at twice the price you won't be disappointed. I wish I took pictures.

It was a last minute emergency visit to Colorado due to a family member being ill, so of course when looking for a place this and another 2 hotels were available and due to my family already being tired due to the long drive this was the closest to get to. I’ll be honest it wasn’t that bad area, but yes it smelled like people smoking around the building which is funny because they had signs all over saying “NO SMOKING ALLOWED” unfortunately…, I dooo get headaches with the smell and people don’t give a damn about other people’s health. So when I arrived the check in was pretty fast and easy, got to the room and the bathroom seemed to be a slightly dirty so I had to clean it for my family’s safety’s health. I disinfected the entire room, but it wasn’t that bad of a room either other than the bathroom or the walls that you can clearly hear people stomping and banging on the walls. Brought my own blankets and towels to use because I just never liked using hotels bed or bathroom stuff that’s just me… Anyways…, so room was okay, it had fridge with tiny freezer, a microwave, the breakfast was actually good surprisingly lol, the area wasn’t bad except for the noises of the other people staying around us, check in and out wasn’t bad, deposit was only $100.00 which wasn’t bad. but I think I would definitely book again here. The services was good just except for the lady that was putting out the breakfast which she seemed to have a really bad attitude and looked like she was Salvadorian which blond hair because she had this accent so sounded like from El Salvador. We didn’t stay for many days just a quick visit due to the family emergency visit which thank god everything went well at the end. Colorado Springs seems to very extremely strict so I would rather be in the Denver area better LOL… 🤣
