"Excellent"

Room was clean. The coverlets on the beds were either stained or dirty with what looked like blood. The bathtub needs to be refinished as the surface was worn and black in spots. The ceiling had mold growing in corners

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. The gal at the front desk was excellent! The gal doing the breakfast set up couldn't have been any better! All in all I enjoyed my stay!

"Yes Location is everything..."

Location.. Location...very close to enjoy the spots around the Garden of the God's and Manitou Springs...

Around the property..trash was everywhere and I feel it could use some cleaning...

Omg , don’t waste your money if your so drunk you need to pull off this is perfect Walls are thin you hear every domestic fight , lots of people that look homeless Wasn’t sure where I booked that this is what I paid for. Tubs are nasty so don’t shower they don’t offer toothpaste. Good luck
