"Location good not much else"

Location And the ladies who deal with breakfast they were very helpful and did their best to make the stay better and they were also friendly unlike most other staff

State of the bathrooms were awful need a complete overhaul our toilet flooded just few hours after arrival front desk really didn’t care and when I asked for it to be cleaned it was a big issue, front desk staff really didn’t care less totally uninterested and trying to get towels it was like asking for the Crown Jewels breakfast was ok but when we checked in he said it would have bacon and other things but it didn’t Also a major point is on line it’s listed as having a pool there is one there but it’s no longer in use this should have been mentioned at booking Also before I arrived I had sent messages via booking.com and not once did they reply Housekeeping didn’t come once in the time we were there Thursday-Monday if you wanted something you had to go ask
