Excellent service

Great place to stay, amazing room with an amazing view of Victoria Harbour. Apartment great for long stays. Great breakfast. All the staff are amazing - Kitty, Will and Stephen from the pool. Always the first choice as it is simply the best!!

We've been here 3 years in a row now...first the view is stunning from every room. We always get the harbour view 2 bedroom for our family. Its right next to the seawall, great for running and walks. The mall and restaurants downstairs is super convenient. Getting around both Kowloon and Hong Kong side is super easy since the MTR accesss both pretty easily. The service is 5+ stars, Jolin and her team was super welcoming and accommodating during our check in and really made us feel like VIPs. The pool and gym facilities are amazing as well, had everything we needed, the kids enjoyed the rooftop pool. Steven who works in the health club was great as well, always making sure water was readily available, and ensuring all the equipment was clean and made sure he was always at our service whenever we were there. This will always be our spring break family home whenever we come in March!

We stayed there for 14 days with two kids in a two-bedroom suite. From the start, we got amazing service, like early check-in. We have a baby, and they gave us a crib, baby bathtub, bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer, and diaper bin. They even got us toddler-sized slippers and a robe for our four-year-old. Having a kitchen and an ensuite laundry (washer/dryer combo) was super important for us with young kids. The rooms are exactly as they look in the pictures. They were well-maintained and looked great. All our needs were taken care of. We mostly talked to the staff on WhatsApp, and they were so helpful. They gave us tips, shuttle rides to nearby places, and even helped us make restaurant reservations. We had breakfast included at The Commune. The staff got to know us really well during our stay and remembered our preferences. I want to give a special shout-out to Steven and Colin for their great hospitality there. The staff were all super friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. I highly recommend K11 ARTUS.

Stunning hotel, very artistic themed, the details and design of the hotel are just mind blowing, can be a bit confusing at first how to navigate the hotel, but will eventually figure it out! The view on 10th floor is just stunning. Location is connected to the mall and go straight to MTR. Everyone is friendly, staff were extremely professional and helpful.

This hotel is like a second home, we stayed in the 2br apartment and my kids loved it. It has everything you need especially when traveling with kids. Crib, sterilizer, high chair, bath tub. Customer service is also very good and efficient. Staff are very helpful. The location is good, right next to subway station. Hotel is clean and modern. Sky lounge’s view is very nice, you can spend the day there while kids swim or play. Will definitely book this hotel again!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was conveniently located in TST with the MTT station immediately outside. The view from our room was stunning. The hotel was clean and service was excellent - not intrusive. The facilities were also good with a Dyson hair dryer in the room.
