K11 Artus

Dear Jolin, I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude and highest praise for your exceptional service! You are the most generous front desk staff I have ever encountered. When I was checking in, you not only proactively helped me resolve some minor issues with the procedures but also introduced me to the important facilities and food spots around the hotel, making me quickly find my way in this unfamiliar environment. During my stay, every time I went to the front desk to inquire about something, you received me warmly with a genuine smile on your face and patiently answered all my questions without ever showing any impatience. You thoughtfully prepared drinking water and some snacks for me, and even provided me with a complimentary upgrade, allowing me to stay much more comfortably. At check-out, you quickly processed the procedures for me and gifted me a small present as a souvenir. Your outstanding service has made me feel deeply respected and cared for, making this hotel stay filled with warmth and comfort. Your professionalism, enthusiasm, and generosity have added great luster to the hotel. I hope the hotel can recognize your excellence and reward you accordingly. Thank you again for your warm reception and thoughtful service. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future and being taken care of by you so thoughtfully once more!

The infinite swimming pool is amazing with special attention to kids safety and crew supervision thanks to Louie and Billy.

An unreal experience from the minute we checked in. We had exceptional service from Aiden at the front desk and Wing Yip that showed us around the hotel and to our room. The room itself was amazing. We had full views of Victoria Harbour with a huge balcony that we could enjoy the sunset and night lights of the city. The Artus is close to the K11 musea mall, Legoland, the Space Museum and Art Gallery and walking distance to night markets and malls. I cannot recommend this enough! We will definitely be back

Great location and perfect view. The check in process was seamless, and special thanks to Lobby runner Wing Yip! He provided a quick yet detailed tour of the hotel facilities and making the whole experience great.

This year, we stayed at K11 ARTUS again - our home in Hong Kong. We loved staying here, it feels like home, and that’s why we chose to stay here again this year. We had many wonderful experiences and make such great memories every time we stay here. We have to thank Will, Gordan, Candace and all the K11 ARTUS team members. We are very appreciative that all of you have made our stay perfect, making us feel like at home in Hong Kong. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Best hotel ever with superp service. we bood seaview room and it was stunning!! The front desk was very nice. Mr. wing Yip did a great welcome!!

Beautifully presented rooms and public areas with stylish furniture and amenities. Nice large rooms for Hong Kong and an open Outlook which made the rooms feel even airier. The rooftop pool was amazing and the staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful. Great kitchen facilities and Dining table in the rooms with high quality crockery and appliances.

This is a fantastic modern and comfortable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I even got a free upgrade of my booked room without asking! Everything is new and clean. The breakfast is extensive and delicious, not a buffet but a la carte. The view of the water and the other side is fantastic! There are many restaurants and shops in the area, from simple to high-end. I can recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely come back when I am in Hong Kong again! (for smokers: even on the balcony of the room smoking is not allowed, but there is a terrace on the 11th floor by the pool where smoking is allowed)

Currently staying in K11 Artus for business. Was working out in the gym when Steven approached me and gave me water. He was really helpful in demonstrating the right forms during my strength exercise especially with the proper handling of weights.
