We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and felt warmly welcomed from the start. The staff were friendly and attentive, but special thanks go to Ken chui , who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He was professional, thoughtful, and prepared the venue beautifully, ensuring every detail was perfect. Ken also arranged a heartfelt surprise for my father, which was so well-organized and touching that it left a lasting impression on our family. His effort, creativity, and dedication made our trip extra special, and we truly recommend this hotel and Ken’s outstanding service to everyone.

Billy at the gym and swimming pool helped us a lot. He was so kind! :) stunning view and nice service. I would like to visit again soon!

This hotel is just ASTONISHINGLY BEAUTIFUL unsurpassably located with gorgeous city views. We stayed on the 13th floor very lucky for us and the staff here have WAYYYYYY exceeded our expectations. They were EXTREMELY kind and understanding with our booking mistake. I EMPHASISE OUR booking error and Tracy Qui has made us feel comfortable and oh soooo welcome from the very moment we walked in the door. Together with Katy Wong we have been treated like independently wealthy out of this world rockstar types. When we are but mere mortals. Any and all issues that arise Tracey just PROFESSIONALLY AND GRACEFULKY managed and minimised all problems for a spectacularly successful result for all. Our room is sooo luxuriously appointed. Gorgeous views to DIE for delicious breakfast offerings including fantastic accommodation of my husband gluten free cealiac dietary requirements. If only once in your lifetime you can visit beautiful Hong Kong and stay with the unbelievably architectural and stunning interiors of the K11 ARTUS hotel DO IT. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET THE MOMENT OF STEPPING INTO HEAVEN. The staff are all out of this world. I enjoyed every minute and had my best experience at K11 Artus. The exceptional customer service from the resident relations officer Jolin Lau especially impressed me. She was always friendly and even gave me room tour and explained how everything worked in patient . I would recommend this place to all my friends when they have a chance.

K11 Artus is like our second home in Hongkong. This is our 4th time here and my kids love this place so much. It is in a very good location and so easy to commute. We usually stays in Artus Harbour 2 room type. The view from our room is out of breath, facilities are great and the service is the best. The service team (especially Ken and Jim) are amazing. If we are visiting Hongkong, this is the only place that we will stay :)

First of all, I’d like to give a shoutout to Miss Patricia (she truly took my breath away). She was incredibly helpful, charming, and adorable. The way she speaks and her dedication to service are simply outstanding. This is my second time in Hong Kong since I was a child, and so much has changed. I chose this hotel mainly because of its stunning view of Victoria Harbour—it’s absolutely breathtaking and comes at a very reasonable price. On top of that, the hotel is right next to the K11 Musea department store, which I found extremely convenient, as I had breakfast there every single day during my stay. Overall, everything was perfect. I loved it here and will definitely come back again! 😊

A very nice stay with super wide and comfortable room. We stay for 3 nights and everything was neat and perfect. Especially, the support from Jim Tsim that ensured our stay became seamless and convenient. Definitely be back again.

From the lazy morning to glittering night, this homey residence has undoubtedly given us an unique stay experience and left us unforgettable memories.
