K11 Artus

I highly recommend the Artus, especially families. Great facilities with many conveniences in an excellent location.

We stayed in the K11 Artus for 8 nights and would recommend to anyone. We had an apartment type room on 16th floor which was absolutely fantastic. The staff very friendly and professional and we will be staying again.

Amazing room with the greatest view and fantastic location. The design is modern and comfortable. The balcony is gorgeous. I enjoyed making lattes from the nespresso machine. It gave me iseas for hime remodeling. The service was excellent and they make you feel special.

Super nice lobby runner. Very efficient also kind!! About the package delivery, water. AC is cold. The vibe is clean and quiet. Also have two entrance for the clients. Close to K11 Muesa and the Rosewood. Perfect for single or couple. Thank you.

By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

Hospitality was excellent. Candace Li went above and beyond to look after my family during our visit. The view of the harbour room is world class, would definitely recommend staying here.

My second stay at K11 Artus was even more exceptional than the first—and that’s saying something! From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail and thoughtful service blew me away. The butler team was incredibly responsive, even to late-night requests, and went above and beyond to make my stay special (like arranging surprise birthday decorations and an extra cake—such a lovely touch!). The infinity pool was an absolute highlight—serene, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind. Little gestures, like the extra bed being set up discreetly during dinner, showed just how considerate the team is. It’s rare to find a hotel that keeps elevating its already outstanding standards, but K11 Artus does it effortlessly. Can’t wait to return!

K11 ARTUS is a super stylish hotel with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. The rooms are big, beautifully designed, and feel really private. You get your own balcony, a kitchen, and lots of space to relax. It’s connected to K11 MUSEA, so shopping and food are just steps away. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want something upscale but still chill.

Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest a map of the different entrances and possibly an address card, so the taxi's no where to pickup and drop off easily. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property for your stay in HK.
