K11 Artus

I had an amazing stay even through a typhoon. Room was clean, staff were pleasant, the views were amazing, the shopping directly below made me broke. I can’t wait to visit K11 Artus again.

Overall good stay but nothing special - great location for food and skyline view. I think Island side would be better in terms of convenience.

We had a truly lovely one-night stay at K11 Artus. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Jolin Lau, who was incredibly kind and sweet. She gave us a clear and thoughtful introduction to the room, which made settling in feel effortless. The swimming pool was a peaceful retreat—perfect for relaxing. Although the route to the pool was a bit unusual (passing through the restaurant to reach the lift), the service more than made up for it. I especially want to thank Billy from the Clubhouse team, who was on duty at the pool that day. He was exceptionally attentive and kind. As a pregnant guest, I really appreciated how he looked out for me—reminding me about the stairs, helping with towels, and personally guiding us to the pool to ensure everything was safe and comfortable. The thoughtful service from the team, especially both Jolin and Billy made our short stay feel special. Highly recommend K11 Artus for anyone looking for a refined and caring hospitality experience.

Limited dining options in the property

The room had an amazing view, with a spacious bathroom. The thoughtful gifts for my birthday were a highlight — in fact, the level of service and attention to detail from Jim Tsim was excellent and he were very helpful and friendly. we'll surely come back again for any celebration. the only comment is with this price point should not charge $10 for toothbrush :)

Artus was very unique. Their 10th floor common area has tons of photo worthy art pieces and activities that I’ve never seen in my other stays. Our room has a breathtaking victoria harbour view. The rooftop pool also has a very nice TST city view. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient connecting to K11 and walking distance to many major shopping malls. I would love to stay here again if I ever visit Hong Kong again.

K11 Artus was phenomenal. The apartment was absolutely stunning with the best views in HK in our opinion. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment to better suit our 4 person family. The staff are super attentive, we used watsapp to communicate any needs and they were super efficient delivering what we needed. The location was also perfect 👌

Not sure where to start with, an amazing experience living in K11. Starting from the location, connected to one of the newest malls in HK, MUSEA. Steps away from Nathan road. The view to Victoria Harper was amazing. Rooms well maintained and clean The hotel has its own scent which is unique. Highly recommend!

My stay at K11 ARTUS was great except 2 things:1. You don't have the restaurant serves dinner and 2. No room service at late night
