Great variety choices of restaurants from food court to fine dining at K11 Musea. Hotel guests can even taking a relaxing walk and running along Victoria harbour view. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, staff Ken Chui & Jimmy made me feel welcomed and valued, especially Ken sent me handwritten welcome notes, warm gift & thanks for his giving detailed information on my modification request of upgrading room. Every interaction, whether with the front desk, housekeeping & dinning staff, Hotel team's dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience truly made my visit memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond. I look forward to my next stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel feels modern and classy but still very comfortable — not over the top. The vibe is calm and relaxing. Big thanks to Christy and Manager Henry for being so kind and welcoming. They made us feel special from day one. We stayed in the Grand Harbour One room, and wow, the view of Hong Kong Harbour is incredible. We could even enjoy it from the bathtub — that was such a treat! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean and stylish. What we loved most was how practical the room was. It had a kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and even a full fridge with freezer. It honestly felt just like home, which made our stay really convenient. The location is great too — easy to get around. Even during Typhoon No. 10, the food court and Market Place stayed open, which we really appreciated. And we can’t forget Anthony, the shuttle bus driver. He was so patient and helpful when we had to stop by the Apple Store quickly — he even waited for us in the car to take us back. Such a kind guy. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Great service, amazing view, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel location #1 , room #1 services not much But it is ok . No restaurant no bar not too much entertainment, only services apt but will come back again iso peninsula hotel

Location is great; room is clean and view is great, Staff is very helpful and nice but they are somehow bounded by some hotel's rules that could have been improved given the pricing. F&B offering is weak as the only restaurant at the premise close at 16:30.
