"Some basics not met in a room for 4 guests, additional fee charged with no explanation."

Our second stay at this hotel was not up to standard. There were only 2 bath towels provided for 4 of us, 1 teabag, and 3 drinking glasses. Most disappointing was that we were charged an additional fee after our stay. We do not know what the fee is for, we were not notified at checkout that there would be an additional fee, and 3 emails to the hotel have not been responded to.

The room was charged twice, once at Check in & again at Check Out. The refund is still pending. Their system was down during Check in, which caused delay for everyone - it was tiring to wait for 30 minutes at 9 pm. Overall the hotel is good value for money. The breakfast is expensive though at 33 CHF.

"Decent Airport Hotel"

I stayed here for one night at the start of my trip to Switzerland. The hotel was perfectly fine for an airport hotel. There was a shuttle that went to and from the airport every 30 minutes. I would take the shuttle to the airport to catch the train into town. You can also walk to/from the airport (about a 25 min walk). Everything in my hotel room was a bit outdated. And the furniture was pretty scuffed up and stained. But the bed was pretty comfortable, shower had good water pressure and temperature. All the employees I interacted with were friendly. Overall, I’d recommend staying here if you need to be near the airport. For me, I didn’t necessarily need to be near the airport but it was one of the cheapest hotels available and the shuttle service to the airport which is very well connected to the trains is ideal for getting into town or taking the trains to other cities in Switzerland/Europe.
