Comfy beds, bathrooms dated. Air - con unit not adequate but hotel did provide electric fan when requested. Hotel transfer to/from airport times - restricted, be careful as had to pay expensive taxis when transfers not available. Hotel met our needs but not a 4☆ rating.

The lobby and staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room, however, was not the cleanest, smelled awful, hot, and noisy from some sort of machine or fan that turned on and off continuously. The bathroom had black mold in the bathtub and the towel actually had holes in them. The bed was not a double, it was two singles put together. The “mattress” was basically two single mattress pads on a box spring. Just a very tired and worn property which was in contrast to the lobby area.

I stayed at your hotel on July 22. The room 517 looked clean, but during the night I woke up several times. About 12 hours later, I developed red, itchy bites all over my body. This was very uncomfortable and likely caused by bed bugs. Please check the room. I would appreciate your help, thank you
