Not worth the aggravation. Photos, dining inside, room service, air conditioning, hot water are extremely poor. Serious issue with reservations. I booked through Expedia for 3 nights and the hotel had the wrong dates and never mentioned it until the last night so I had to purchase an extra night. Seriously stay away from this place! I stand by my review because its accurate and true. Going through Expedia for a refund on that extra night the hotel charged me.

Location to airport is good. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable and staff are very nice.

Room was very noisy (AC was noisy, plus the Electricity box (consumer unit) in the cupboard was extremely noisy - I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The swimming pools are only open between 9am and 5pm so we didn’t get to enjoy them. Really poor for a hospitality hotel.

The hotel features an impressive 7-phase pool, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist. Perfect spot for some fun! I was looking for a place to relax and enjoy and with my luck this hotel has it all. Now, it’s my go-to during the holidays when I’m spending time with family. Tip: Bring the kids, they will definitely enjoy the different types of swimming pools here.

The place was surprisingly big, I thought it was just an ordinary building at first. Bia from the front desk gave us a tour while we were waiting at the lobby, also tried their restaurant, surprisingly food were affordable with big servings.
