Clean, tidy, location

Cooking facilities, very small cooktop.

Such a gem of a spot. Amazing decor, comfy beds and easy access. A very very cosy place. A home away from home. Thank you Elliot.

What would make it even better is an oven/cooker and a washing machine but this is only a minor issue in my opinion. Very nice place.

We had friends visiting from Aussie so were doing a south island road trip. A great stay at this property at Franz Josef. Cute cabin style, warm and quiet. Could sleep 9 so is a good option for families and groups. Waiho hot tubs just around the corner, these were a highlight. Great communication with property owner.

A great size for our group and easy to walk to a number of restaurants.

Beautiful scenery and a lovely place, super clean, nestled in wilderness but you can walk to everywhere you need. Great place wish we had stayed for longer! We’ll be back for sure!

The location, the views out of the window, nice and warm, comfy beds. Was easy to access and good communication from owners.

The kitchen could do with a colander, and the bathroom ventilation/insulation needs improving as the walls and ceiling all got wet even with the fan on.

It was warm, welcoming, and close to town. The bedrooms are luxurious, and the bathroom is huge. I have disabled friends, and it is great to see accommodation that I can recommend to them in places that they have yet to visit.

I expected an oven in the kitchen area. Although there was a bench top oven, we had bought a whole chicken and vegetables for a roast dinner. We ended up eating out and having our roast the following day.
