Quality Inn Port Clinton Waterfront

The hotel was nice enough, the room was clean but the bathroom and jacuzzi were not very clean. The breakfast was good. The pool and patio were clean and welcoming. The wifi didnt work and the tv was hit or miss on if it would work. Staff was friendly.

Beautiful view from the lakeside deck. Jolly Rogers is right next door, a must if your staying in Port Clinton!!

Thankful that we just stayed one night! Passing through Port Clinton on a Friday night for 180.00! The property needs some serious updating. Our “non-smoking” room smelled of old cigarettes, bathtub had significant visible mold and our carpeting was damp.

Carpet very dirty, Wi-Fi not working, bugs in bathroom, cobwebs by table, had to ask for toilet paper, had to ask for bath towels, had to ask for wash cloths. floor had lots of water by ice machine leaking for at least 4 days. Outside missing shingles, no gutters or had fallen off, very dirty building, Mattress and trash thrown outside of building. The whole place was dirty too much money for poor conditions. Breakfast ok but you had to take the lid off waffle mix and pore it out of a large plastic container, and it was making a mess on the floor and trash container that stayed there I know for 4 days no one cleaned it up. Also $55 to keep one pet super poor. Then a sign charging you $100 essential charge that you might or will get back in 5 or 6 days.

We were double charged and it is our responsibility to dispute it and get the overage back. The staff could not talk to a manager as he was not there and would not answer his phone. Or that is what they said.

Breakfast was missing some of the items,milk was spoiled .

The room smells sewage.

Was changed twice for room deposit no internet no manger on site

Loved the brkfast and 24hr coffee set up . The view of lake from patio was very nice and the staff was very polite and tried to make our stay pleasant.

Didn't like the high pet fee and that it was nightly not per stay, but they refunded it ,so all is good.
