Stunning Studio Apartment Castle View

Great location in the centre of the city. Very clean and comfortable.

One inner window missing so some noise from pub next door but to be expected due to location. Key lock had been tampered with (i informed management agents).

Very good location, in the heart of the old city.

The studio needs a total overhaul. The cleaner had done a good job, but it’s just really run down, so despite being clean there was black mold all over the grout of the shower, the cleaners sheets were clean but the actual duvet was filthy. We didn’t even use it, it was so dirty and gross. I should have looked closer at the description, the listing says separate bedroom, but this is definitely not the case! The bed is squeezed against the wall so only accesible from 1 side, next to the sofa. The reason we booked it was because of the title of the listing which is castle view!! There is no castle and no view from this flat!! Whoever the owner is renting this place out doesn’t care about repeat guests and has not been to check on the property for a LONG time. For over $1,000 for 3 nights it’s way overpriced!! There is no denying it’s a great location and the kitchen area was fine, but overall we were very disappointed. Definitely would not stay again.

It feels not clean well and I have got allergy from the dust and the towels after using them is full of dust even after cleaning them

Good location and good communication

Run down apartment with very poor facilities that is completely overpriced for what you get. Sticky floors, only cleaned superficially, black mould in the shower, broken heaters (we had to use the towel drier to heat the apartment). It is completely inexcusable to have such a run down dirty apartment charging £300 per night. At that price, we expected the apartment to be “stunning” like the name suggests. Better to have stayed in a 4 star hotel 5 minutes away that charges less… We were disgusted.

The location to all the main streets and Waverley Station are good.

The shower stall has black mold on the ceiling. There is no view of the castle from the property despite what the name says.
