la vista de la habitación, la distribución del hotel, habitaciones amplias y limpias, camita muy suave,

El tener que hacer reserva para el restaurante de comida oriental, la limitada oferta culinaria del mismo, los platillos en los otros restaurantes siempre lo mismo, solo dos alberquitas, nunca me ofrecieron la habitación que esta en la playa, no abrieron el restaurante mi pueblito.

El restaurante las velas, la comida super rica y TODO el personal super amable

Las bebidas con alcohol, el alcohol sabe a medicina, como a jarabe para la tos, en una ocasión fuimos a las 10:40 al restaurante italiano por un cafe y un mesero super amable nos dijo que si nos lo podían traer, y el mesero que lo trajo (era otro) nos dijo ya está cerrado y como que no entendíamos y seguía diciendo en un tono de voz grosero y un poco levantado que ya estaba cerrado, cabe destacar que había más gente con platos llenos y bebidas.

Las instalaciones aunque requiere se apliquen en el mantenimiento. Creó pueden mejorar bastante antes que se deteriore más

Las bebidas en general están muy diluida, la comida le falta sabor y variedad, los snacks tampoco tienen variedad, la sábanas y ropa de cama se ven algo deterioradas.
