Ubicación, las albercas son 3, grande y limpio el hotel

Un poco alto el precio, el personal de recepción, el joven pedi cambio de piso ya que por mi ansiedad no puedo dormir en pisos altos, me comento que me cambiaría a otro piso mas bajo, y resultó que era el mismo, osea no me hizo caso. Me dijo primero en el 19 y después q el piso mas bajo que tenia era el 9. y resultó q ese edificio el.primer piso era el once asi que mi habitación fue en el piso 19...
