USUSThere was no breakfast on the 2nd day because "they didn't have enough rooms sold".
Thee was no hot water when arrived. Staff did know how to fix it, so my husband fixed it. When we arrive some man was walking behind the desk in shorts and no shirt.
USWe visited 3 days as a family of 4 and never did they replace the towels, empty trash nor straighten beds. We had to ask for extra coffee for the morning (staff politely supplied) and the coffee machine in the breakfast area did not have regular coffee, just decaf. The room smelled musty and the wall air conditioner was not very cooling.
USEase of booking
I've stayed here twice and both times, they turn my door key off before checkout time, not helpful with 2 little ones. Breakfast was a joke, will not stay here again.
donald seaburg 6:13 PM (0 minutes ago) to Hotels I request to have a receipt to be emailed to me I have not seen on yet.I was disappointed with how dirty the room was especially the bathroom hair all over the floor the toilet had piss stains the small fridge had such a bad odor it could not be used the back door had a rock keeping the door ajar all day and night there was a couple that was out front around 5 and arguing so loud swearing like crazy especially the man and a child was also present this was one of my worst experiences I've ever had and I stayed at alot of motels/hotels the original room I book was issued to another man so I was upgraded to the worst room there now was degrading to me and my partner the bed mattress had a sloop in the middle so you would role in the middle of it very bad.no good review from me not at all.Change your name to not quality Inn.
The room was very dirty. The shower had someone else’s hair in it. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. But the lady at the front desk was nice.
Good place to stop for a night.
No fresh coffee and nobody around to refill it
USElectrical outlet by mirror coming out of the wall. Light switch entering room not working. Coffee maker broken. No room service on Sunday. Lobby coffee maker out of coffee; decaf only. Had to ask for toilet paper.
