Really bad smoke smell in the room I stayed in. Place really needs updated
I was not satisfied with the room we stayed in because there was bugs in the room that looked a lot like roaches. Informed the person at front desk and nothing was done to check and take care of them. They were on the night stand between the beds. Plus there was dead bugs in the corner of the room. Then the person or people who rented the room next to ours partied all night making it next to impossible to sleep This was the worst experience i ever had when staying in a motel or hotel.

USThis was very disappointing. The room was below average in general. The walls were thin, you could hear the neighbors. The bathroom was very unkept. The floor had not been swept for a long time. Dust bunnies lined the floor and up the wall behind the door. The television was a challenge, remote would not turn it on. Once the TV was on by turning it on manually, the remote worked. However the remote would not turn the TV off; we had to unplug it to turn it off. This hotel advertised breakfast but it was disappointing as well. There was no one watching the kitchen, food ran out, no one replaced it. The person at the front desk stayed in the back room. There was a bell to ring for service. I would not recommend this hotel.

USI was unable to stay here. They say they are pet-friendly and I even made a note in my reservations that I had a pet. However when I went to check-in, they had no pet-friendly rooms available so I was forced to find another hotel at midnight, which was not ideal.
