Everything! There was never a person at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up who worked there. I emailed two weeks prior to my reservation and never got a response. The area was full of homeless people and we left two nights early because of safety concerns.

The location is close to a great diner. Cruise Diner.

The property is disgustingly. Run down. We were close to the side door and every time someone decided to go out to smoke we heard that door. Then you have to pass that smoking area all the time. We had holes in the wall. Closet doors that didn’t close. Frayed carpets. Went down to breakfast at 8:15 and all the hot dishes were empty. A fellow traveler had been waiting over an hour for them to be filled.

There were good things and a couple not so good. We did like the area. I felt safe. The people were friendly. The area is pretty. The downside is the parking was kind of tight. The room was somewhat clean. Nobody swept between the stands and bed. So along the edge of the room. There was a roach in the bathroom. I know that is sometimes beyond someone's control considering other guests. The rest of the room was clean though. The room was nice and cool when we got there which was great because we had drove two hours with no air conditioning. The room smelled great when we entered it. Besides the two other things, it was a good stay. No bed bugs. Clean sheets. Area is fairly quiet. The diner nearby has great food and service. We did have a good stay.

It is looking old and run down. It’s like they are not putting money back into the property to update it or anything.

They didn't have any toiletries at the front desk. Their washer, vending machine, and ice machine were down.

it was so dirty we had to sleep on top of the sheets. there was rat poop in the bathroom and mold around windows and in the bathroom. it smelled really bad. worst hotel experience we have encountered and it cost $128 you should be ashamed!

The man at the front desk, while checking in, sat behind a wall unaware of 6 people at the desk waiting to check in. the room floor was completely wet and room smelled of mildew. the pool was gross. morning breakfast was a disaster, we only had an apple. the check out clerk was nice.

Extended residents lingering around parking lot and entry. Odd smell in entire building. Room was next to utility room where they did laundry in very loud machines past 12am, could not sleep due to noise. bed and room were clean but cloth curtain on shower was moldy and smelled. Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Outside entry cluttered with broken lamps and equipment.

Everything was filthy. Entire facility was in disrepair. Staff was unprofessional...

The place was a little worn down. Also, at midnight went to the bathroom and there was a large puddle in the middle of the room and a water stain on the ceiling. The front desk did not investigate the room upstairs, but they moved me and my disabled wife (I had to wake her) to another room. Definitely not the best experience and there was no consideration for our discomfort.
