The property is older, but it is maintained, clean & neat . Had a pleasant stay.
The first room #211 had heater that was blowing cold and extremely noisy. The second room#208 had heater reasonably quiet but blowing cold. The third room#203 heater worked well and was reasonably quiet considering the type it is. Staff was courteous and apologetic. There was dirt around lamp base on nightstand. There wasn't a bulb in the light on table next to TV. Hotel was quiet. When I arrived at :8:30 for breakfast there was a limited amount of food available.
The room was not very clean. There was hair in the shower, the bed spread was dirty.

The bed it was to hard. And the breakfast was cold.
There was black mold on the ceiling above the toilet, nail clippings on the floor beside the bed, hairs in the shower…AWFUL, and needs DEEP cleaning!!!

USThe facilities were nice. The indoor pool was greatly appreciated. The proximity to the Arc worked for us.
Breakfast was a disater. I grabbed the last plate which still had eggs on it from the last use. I used a bowl. Then I grabbed what was available a sausage, a hashbrown and a tortilla. The hashbrown was on the warming station but still had ice crystals in the center. That was 2 really strong opportunities for me to get food poisoning inside the 10 minutes it took me to navigate the crowd. I told the kitchen area the hashbrowns were still frozen. I went to the front desk to be sure the company knows what a failure breakfast was that morning. There was not enough prep or staff for the number of bookings. They were set up for failure. At the front desk the attendant told me she "just works here". She told me i shouldnt be speaking to her about my problem. I realized she was a dead end and said thank you for chatting. She actually called to me as I walked away, "dont get smart with me". Your front desk attendant actually threatened me as I walked away because I complained about not being able to feed my family breakfast and feared food poisoning. That was 8 am on the 27th of December. One last idea; im a food service professional. Your front desk worker is a huge liability. I almost needed police. Your breakfast needs more attendents and better prep. The experience was an epic fail and will live synonymous with Hyatt in my head.
