The breakfast was really excellent. Check in and out was well organised. Parking was easy.

Mattress was a bit firm but otherwise everything in the room was fine.

Bar staff were friendly Nice location by the lake

We paid extra for a family room so that we had two separate beds (advertised as a double bed and a single bed). The single bed however was just a mattress on the floor and it had a massive dip in it that felt like a hole in the mattress! Neither of us were able to sleep on it. Felt like this was terrible as we paid extra money for this room! Also the floor was dirty and it was covered in stains!
