We could not find a place to park and have just received a letter attempting to fine us £100 for entering the car park for 20 minutes as we tried to back out of a small convoluted underground car park in which there were no free spaces. the breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced, with an aggressive staff member, poor quality of food (apart from the eggs!) all of which was cleared very quickly immediately the clock struck 9.30.

The staff at the check in was slightly rude , we requested him to give the room atleast by 1.30 to 2 pm , as we were driving all night stuck in the thunderstorm, wanted to rest for an hour , but he rudely rejected , however im rating them excellent
INGBStaff were friendly
The room had a green fire exit sign in by the door that illuminated the room with a green glow all night, card machines went down and there was no other way to pay for food or drinks.
