Omni Houston Hotel

I must express my disappointment regarding the condition of the room and bathroom, which influenced the overall rating I provided. When evaluating a hotel stay, I place significant importance on how well the facility maintains the room, bedding, and bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom ceiling showed peeling paint, and there was a noticeable moist smell, which did not meet my personal standards or the expectations I had for a distinguished Omni property. That said, I want to acknowledge the many positive aspects of your hotel. The beautiful facility, well-maintained grounds, attentive staff, and the excellent condition of the downstairs lobby bathroom were all impressive and greatly appreciated. My feedback is offered constructively, as I believe that maintaining the quality of guest rooms is essential to uphold the high standards reflected throughout the rest of your remarkable property.

Excellent customer service, nice rooms, comfortable bed & efficient staff & valet. Next time I stay here, I hope to have a longer stay to enjoy the amenities they have to offer.

Every time I travel to Houston I'm sure to stay at the Omni Houston. Incredible atmosphere, Beautiful property, great lobby, great staff and great value.. Everyone from my morning visit for the first coffee of the day with Diana to the reception from the entire front desk staff and Kristina heading up the loyalty club all make my stay very special.

enjoyed the stay, staff fantastic, always welcoming and friendly. hotel is surrounded by woods and greenery, tucked backed and private. restaurant very good, presentation and taste. good fitness center, and locals said the spa was amazing. didn't want to leave.

I went to Houston for the first time last month (Sept 2025) with a few friends for a wedding and stayed at this hotel - my first Omni hotel experience. It was amazing!! The staff was friendly, room was ready when we checked in - early! The room was clean, the hotel was beautiful and in a great location. I would absolutely stay here again.

We recently took our first trip with our baby and stayed at the Omni Houston. After a stressful flight day we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and checked in to a perfectly cozy room to unwind. The pool was the perfect temp for a dip and just what we needed coming from colder weather. We will definitely be back the next time we make our way to Houston!!

I just stayed at the Omni with my partner visiting some friends in town and we had a great time! The service was efficient and friendly, pool area was lovely and room was clean. We have tried many other hotels in the area and have found there to be many inconsistencies - I look forward to coming back in the future!

Excellent stay - staff was amazing, room was great, food was excellent - overall exactly what you expect from Omni - excellence.
