This beautiful property boasts a wonderful staff that is friendly, professional, and welcoming. There are plenty of activities to enjoy on the premises. The black-swan nightclub was an entertaining and enjoyable experience. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and his specialty drinks are a must-try.

First trip to an Omni hotel as part of a romantic getaway, it definitely fit the choice. The hotel was amazing and beautiful. Will definitely go again.

Nice grounds, pool and lobby. Spacious rooms, good location.

Very dated room and bathroom. Show faucet looked like from the 70's. Bed too soft for me. Could get free internet in lobby. From the room I could only get to the internet for a fee despite signing up as an Omni club member.

First off, you have to pay $35 to park at their Hotel. Theirs no where else to park and why wouldn’t it be free if I’m staying there?! Everything I saw on level 9 was dated back to the 1980’s, including our room. The toilets reminded me of my grandparents’ toilet and the bed had a big sunken section in the middle. My wife and I kept trying to climb out all night, very bad sleep. They also over-charged us for the breakfast that we ordered, the shuttle bus never came to pick us up after multiple calls, and it was not a pleasant experience staying here. We had to go home to get good rest! I can guarantee that I will never bring my wife to this expensive, uncomfortable, dated, and inhospitable hotel ever again. You screwed me this once, never again.

We stayed at the Omni on 4 Riverway in Houston. We parked Valet which was the easiest experience and Alex who brought our bags tot he room was super friendly and helpful. The check-in desk folks were very welcoming and helpful as well. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The only hick-up was the mii fridge didn't work but we had a cooler with us so it wasn't a big deal. I'm sure they would have replaced it if I had asked. The common areas were decorated very nicely and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
